I did a search and found that some forehand players have some bad elbow tendonitis if they don't keep their elbow in close, but I throw RHBH and I was wondering if this would be a similar problem or if it was even technique related. Couldn't really figure out what part would be wrong, but it would have something to do w/ extension wouldn't it?
I've just started throwing over 300' consistently and have been building this up in accordance w/ Blake's articles and JacksWeather's thoughts...So that might give people an idea how I am trying to throw. Thanks....ask for more specific info if needed please.
Oh, and I can't feel it when I throw, but my dad and mom (doctor and nurse) say I WILL shortly start to feel it...eep.

You are probably not following through enough and slightly hyper-extending your elbow each time. Where does your arm end up after you throw? Should be pointed back away from the target because you came all the way around after release.
If you stop short you will really feel it immediately. If you are "kinda stopping short", it builds up after a bunch of throws.
Check it out. It's somewhere to start.

First thing I'll keep in mind tomorrow. Thanks, makes sense.

Rhett's analysis is most likely correct in that it is usually from hyper extending the elbow...
as for the cause, he did cite a source, but the most common one i find nowadays is that a lot of players roll their wrist over on nearly every throw in order to force more nose down and/or get the disc to turn over when it normally wouldn't.
as long as you have a very neutral release and good follow through, your body is simply completing kinetic chains and natural extensions along the joints, and there shouldn't be any elbow problems unless there is something pulling extension off of those lines.
Is it the inside (left) part of your elbow or the outside (right) part of your elbow.
And yes, usually when you damage a ligament/tendon, you have many many microtears which don't measure on your radar, but when the tears get past a certain point, you'll feel it.

Tendonitis does not come from hyperextending. It's an overuse/overstress issue.
