I will do almost anything to get one of THESE (http://www.innovadiscs.com/cfr/2005/vintagecup.jpg) I don't even care what type/color/weight it is, but I would want to know for reference purposes before I paid for it :)

Thanks!

Try contacting the TD for that event, maybe he's got some left. His info can be found here (http://www.pdga.com/schedule/event.php?TournID=4774).

I already sent a message, so I don't want to straight up harrass the guy...

Sierra Nevada and Bells (especially Oberon) are awesome... I'd take discs with either stamp if anyone knows of any.

Millz, I have a couple aviar putters with the bells logo and I must agree, bells is on the best plastic around. I do love my sierra pale ale though.

It sounds like we almost have enough interest to petition!

:)

Does anyone happen to know what type/types of disc that is on by the way? Like I said, I don't care, but I'm curious.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one counting down the minutes until I can leave and go play...

Putting a disc golfer in a cube for 40 hours/week during the summer should be illegal... maybe I'll just tell my boss that I rely on photosynthesis for nourishment and he'll be responsible for my demise if he doens't let me go... :)

A fellow Gateway sponsored guy here in town is the regional rep and has all of his Gateway discs stamped with the New Belgium logo. If you called the shop, they could hook you up as well!! Email Justin: [email protected]

I've been wanting to try Gateway discs anyway... especially since as of yesterday I may be moving to St. Louis next month... I'll email them and see what I can get... thanks for the info!

Quote : " Oh well Challengers are still better then Aviars "

WRONG !!!!!!!! Wake up and smell the coffee.

Apparently , you haven't been around long.

NOTHING , including ..........whatever.............could ever beat the Aviar.

The Aviar is still the best and original. Yes , the ORIGINAL.

Know why...........everyone has made an Aviar type of disc.

I Have , right now , in my hand, a WHAMO type of Aviar !!!!!

WHAMO !!!!!

Go look at a Wizard....not only different, but a better flyer. Its all in the physics...somewhere on the Dave Mac thread he explained why a Wizard is physically better...go read it, its pretty interesting...that said, and putter is good in the right hands...my hands just prefer Wizards!!

Is the Wizard , TRUELY better than the Challenger ?

Jun 22 2005, 08:29 PM
Depends on who you ask! :D

You're not likely to get a straight answer from Millz or DDH. (I sense that they might be a bit biased) :D
