Your rating is only updated if you have new rounds and:
1. Events are reported to the PDGA office by the deadline (May 3rd for this update)
2. Your division had enough propagators to calculate ratings
3. The TD didn't slip up on the report somehow
4. The rating group slipped up on getting your event processed

The first three reasons are primarily the TDs responsibility although they're obviously not responsible if their event is run after the deadline date.

An even better one is Dixon, #24345
We signed up this year on the same day, March 19. I'm current and have my rating posted. Dixon is somehow not current, but his rating was changed on the last update. Interesting. :)

5. When we changed the formula this time to go back more than 12 months only if a player has fewer than 8 rounds (rather than 20 rounds like before), some people whose rating would normally not change, did have it change because older rounds dropped off.

Oh, 24345's rating was supposed to change. The weird thing is that he is not listed as current, when we signed up about 1 minute apart. I'm not trying to complain, I just think its funny, especially since I signed up with $$ that he loaned me :)
