For myself.
In Dx ( Regular Plastic ) 180grams.
In Candy or Pro plastic : 176-178 works well.
I have some Super Rocs that fly Excellent at 175grams though.
That's me though. Depends on the thrower. :cool:

The Heavier Rocs fly further when beat up, cause they have just the right amount of stability, lighter weight just beat up too much and turn too hard and don't glide enough unless you a have a massive tailwind.

It all depend on what I want the Roc to do if I want it to fly strait the Max weight if I need it to turn over 166g will do just fine.
