Champion Viking , Proline Orc , Champion Beast for starters !!
Sidewinder, XS, Leopard, XL, Teebird, Eagle, Crush, Flash, the list goes on...............:D
The Sidewinder and the Viking will feel similar in your hand. The Viking is a little more overstable than the Valk. The Sidewinder is a little more understable than the Valk.
If you want to try something new, why not try something really new? The Millennium Orion might be a good candidate.

I've got a white 176g E Sabre that is very understable. I had high hopes with regards to this disc as a straight flyer when I got it, but it flips very easy for me. I expected it to be at least as stable as a Z Storm, but it was nowhere close. I've never thrown another Sabre, are they all like this?
what is your release angle when you are flipping the sabre? mine will not stand up if thrown with any hyzer. I can turn it if I start it out that way, but is that really turning it over?

Turning it over is exactly what you are doing so yes it is turning it over. You just can FLIP over a sabre,

What do you mean wrong. He said he can TURN a sabre over but if he throws it with hyzer it wont turn up or over. So he CAN turn the sabre he just CANT flip it. Do you know the difference???
thought you were telling me something,
carry on with your bad self

I threw it with varying degrees of hyzer. If I got the disc up flat, then it would flip. If I spiked it, it just flew on a high, muted hyzer. It would never lock into a line. Even on an 80% throw with a flat release, giving it a little height, the disc woud still turn into the ground. I have good AM1 armspeed, but am not exceptional. I really messed around with this disc for some time trying to figure it out, to no avail. I gave it to my friend, who has finesse but only drives to about 300', and it flies nice and straight for him, balancing on turnover, with no fade, about 280' (slight downhill). I want a disc that flies like that, only with respect to my armspeed.

Is yours an E sabre? If so, what weight and color? E/H or CE?

The ones I have are the softer, transluscent E plastic and they seem to fly the best when thrown higher with a slight hyzer and a very smooth release (not that I have a very smooth release, but on the off chance that I get an extra smooth release they seem to fly the best). They like more of an "old school" type throw rather than a "wide rimmed driver" type throw. I'm still figuring mine out and I don't think I'm getting the distance I could out of it, but it does fly very straight in the 300'-320' range thrown 10'-15' off the ground with a bit of fade. I use mine mostly for tunnel shots and I can normally get more distance out of it on a field. My longer drives do have a bit of an 'S' curve, but it's pretty tight.
It could always just be a weird disc. Definitely try and find someone with another one that you can try out. While the Sabre may not be for everyone, the people that use it really love it. Mine's been really growing on me the more I throw it.

Those are the most overstable Sabres I have ever thrown! (The clear/opaque "E" Sabres) I have pretty good distance, and I can throw them as hard as I can and barely have them S at all. Thrown with any hyzer, I can't ever get them to flip flat. They do flip in the wind, but thats about it.
I admit I have some technique problems and can not throw very far, but my Green E-Sabre that I got at a gds event flys on about the same line as my DX Eagle that I got at World's Biggest
For me, a Z Wildcat flies pretty much the same as a Champion Valkyrie.

If you like straighter discs then an "e sabre and ,aybe even an "H" Illusion.
