Does anyone know of any courses that are on the grounds of a big corporation (or even a small one)?
There's a guy trying to get a course installed at his corporate office, and he's looking for companies that have paved the way.
If you know of any, please e-mail me: jrhouck@centex.net
Thanks,
John

There WAS a 9 hole course at the Hewlitt-Packard plant in Santa Rosa. But Ive never played because you cant get in the "Gate" :(
They also have a "SWEET" lighted ultimate field at the Rohnert Park plant. There was a practice basket adjacent to the "Break Area" as well.
Not sure if any of this exists any longer since H_P sold out to Agilent Tech.

I'm trying to get one installed here @ Cisco Systems in RTP NC.
I will keep you informed.
From what I understand, the IBM facility in Rochester, MN has a course but I can't personally confirm it.

I have vague recollections of a course on the property of a corporate headquarters (possibly Chicago area?) but I can't find anything about it in the course directory or by searching the Discussion board.

Stan McDaniel designed a course at the recreation facility of the Philip Morris plant outside Charlotte, but the last I saw the course was unplayable. He could give you more details.
Hey John,
Woodward Govenor in Fort Collins, Co has a nine hole. And right outside Austin on 71 headed towards Moody's or Bastrop there is some high tech company on the North side that has nine holes. I don't know if they still have it or not. I threw a couple of the holes years ago but I can't remember the name of the company.

isn't there a brewery that has a course on it land somewhere.
I know that Tami P. has set up a course at Frito Lay in Plano before, but I think it was for a company picnic and not pernament.
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in the Dallas area has like 3 or 4 holes on it.

That is true, there are 3 baskets at Scottish Rite donated by Randy Mecca and Dan Roark from proceeds from Firecracker open and Worlds Biggest the years they ran it.
I drove by a few weeks ago and they were still out there.
my employer has a 9 hole object course on the grounds of our summer camp near WI Dells, I'm hoping to upgrade it to baskets or put in a another full 18 someday.

There was an 18-hole course at the Arthur Anderson offices, and it was even listed on the PDGA course directory. I believe that this was one of the many accounting firms that got into "trouble" with the federal goverment; therefore, the course, and a few other things associted with Arthur Anderson like important documents and such, no longer exists.

Thanks for jogging my memory! Yes, that's definitely the one that I saw in the PDGA directory a while back.
Looks like the course on the property of Agilent Technologies in Ft. Collins, CO would be the best contact to send John's friend to.
