If there was a competition the whole "pound for pound" thing does not apply. They would just find the best 4 players in the state for the team.

If so, the answer is Califlower. Just pick the top 4 or 5 or 6 or whatever and add the ratings....

Florida doesn't weigh very much, it's all swamp and sandy beaches, no hills. California weighs more it has high mountains and those big cliffs in Yosemite, and besides its bigger. It also has those really big trees and they must weigh a lot.
