Due to an interruption in my job status :(, I was late in renewing my PDGA membership this year. I just renewed yesterday.
My question is this. Prior to renewing, I played a PDGA tournament and shot my best rated round (1045) since they started the ratings system. Will this round be included in the next ratings update?
I would think it would since I have been a member for the last several years and payed the extra 5 bucks for this tourney because I was not current.

How about some help by identifying the event and when it was? And it may not end up 1045 if you're quoting unofficial ratings from an event this year. If your PDGA number is on the TD report, then you'll probably get rated. If not, then the program doesn't know how to credit the event to you without a PDGA number on the report.

The Emerald Isle Open on April 2.
It was the preliminary (unofficial rating), but I would just like to know the policy of rating uncurrent members.

If your PDGA number is on the TD report, you'll get rated. If it's not, you won't.

Jared, see two posts above yours for your answer.....no pdga number
no ratings.....you have to enter the tourneys you played with a pdga number to get a rating....

Actually I played a tourny before I got my PDGA number. The tourny was in July, I became a member in Nov(i think), and the tourny was included in my first ratings update.

ha...it looks like they took out that tourny(the one in July) when I checked my stats. But I know that it was included when I got my first rating.

Because the course I played my first PDGA is close to my house so they probably assumed that it was me(and it was).
But like I said...i think when they updated the ratings a couple months ago they fixed it.

Has anyone had a delay in getting there PDGA card? I have been current for over 8 weeks and have not received my card.

I dont know how common the ocurrence is but I actually got my first season card about 4 days after I recieved the second season card. I signed up somewhere before october of 2004 and got the original card after the 2005 renewal card. Didnt really matter since I got the number off the website and all the TD's typically have a email list of who's current.
