I would like to know how many players have 100 PDGA wins?
We know that Climo has the most, then who?

I would bet that Mitch McClellan would be on that list

Definately Greenwell!!!! Greenwell may actually have the most overall. I would be willing to bet that Barry is past 100 also.

In open? Or any pro division?

If in any pro I can think of a few: Elaine King, probably Geoff Lissman, maybe Scott Martin(lots of small tournaments). I know there are also those that have well over 50 PDGA wins plus wins before the PDGA was big(early 80's and before).

Snapper Pierson ?

He has had 20 in the last 4 years, and I know that he used to play a whole bunch more than he does now.

That was a good question, does Advance/Am/ Rec/master division win's count???

If so I have over 10 at least. But none in open pro yet.

The question was directed towards Masters, Open and Women. But, it's a discussion board, so lets hear them all! Although, it will bother me to see an Am status player with over 100.

I believe David Greenwell is second only to Climo.

Mike Moser has got to be closing in on triple digits. I think he's around 85 or 90.

Mar 28 2005, 02:12 PM
Definately Greenwell!!!! Greenwell may actually have the most overall. I would be willing to bet that Barry is past 100 also.

Barry has 55 since 2001, so it's farily safe to assume that if he hasn't passed 100 yet, he will soon.

The PDGA World Records page (http://frivolist.com/index_6.htm) reports 130 wins (all divisions) for Dave Greenwell as of 12/99. KC's website shows 174+ Open wins as of 7/30/'02.

Another possible candidate would be Larry Leonard (27 wins from 2001-2004), given that this is his 20th year playing Pro.

LL is in the high 80's last I heard.
Joey Mela and Mike Moser would be two more to think about.

I would only get to add about 8 more wins to my total. The peeps wouldn't let me play am very long, less than a year but only lost 3 times in adv.

Just talked to LL and he has 90 open wins. He seems to think that there are only 4 people with over or at 100 wins in open and 1 is a woman.

Mar 28 2005, 05:14 PM
1.Ken Climo
2.Dave Greenwell
3.Crack Attack Mitch Mac <-----Not in Hall of Fame and doesn't have anything to wear when he is elected into HOF :D
4.? ? ? ? ? ?

Mar 28 2005, 05:24 PM
Damnit I just went back over my list of wins (http://www.tulsadiscsports.org/memkmccoy/index.html) had to take 8 away. :( Okie Doubles and SnowBowl has never been sanctioned, along with a few others.....I got to get there before I turn 35...I need to go practice ;)

Ken C

Geoff L
Juliana S

So, Mitch definitely has 100 wins in the open division?

Mar 28 2005, 06:17 PM
Mitch Mac has about 150(35 or so of which are Masters). Mitch was the best golfer in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas from the early 80's until about 2000. In 1992 (I believe, maybe 93) he won 10 PDGA tournies in a row before Worlds where he got third and then won 6 more in a row after that. When I first got on the scene Mitch Mac won every tournament that I ever saw him at.

We do have alot of smaller tournies here in OK, and there is a tourney every weekend in Tejas and we all know how us OKIES win every tourney in Tejas that we goto. Now even Coda and Danny Stacey is helping out with that tradition. :D

Tejas has been increasing the win totals for OKIES for over 15 years now  :D

**** you. Anyways, there was certainly a period where Mitch was rivaled by Eric Marx, The Gambler Sayre, Sam Grizzafi, and of course Clint, but Mitch sure racks up the wins and remembers every shot of every one. :D

Mar 28 2005, 06:37 PM
I'm just pokin fun at you Texicans James :D

Sammy Jo, and Mikey were the best players Texas has had in quite a long time. Nolan has the potential but he still hasn't put it all together yet

Atleast 36. That's what I have records for. I had no idea that I would be able to compete with the LL's and CHH's so I didn't bother.
