How durable is the new runs of Pro discs Innova is making? I just got two Starfires today, and they seem similar to Champion plastic, albeit not as flexible.

Have you been finding that they wear rapidly (i.e. they become rollers after 2 or 3 tree hits, like DX) or are they able to take a beating?

It is in between DX and Champion, and the latest blend of Pro has more Champion plastic in it and is therefore more durable than the first Pro blend.

Well, you did phrase the question so it is very hard to answer. I've found that my DX discs don't turn into rollers after hitting a couple of trees so I don't know how to answer your question. I've found that the Pro Teebird-Ls are pretty durable and don't taco like the Pro Teebirds do. They are pretty resilant to scuffs and while they do break in faster than Champion, they also break in slower than DX.

I have found they are pretty durable. They don't get to messed up when hitting trees, but if you land on the concrete they will nick up. But they still fly good, at least for me.

I've tried the new Pro Orc & Starfire, and both seem to be holding up significantly better than DX. I've plunked that Starfire into a few trees, and haven't noticed any degredation yet. It's harder to say with the Orc, as I've kept it pretty much tree-free.
