I placed an order for a Carolina edition Team Bag yesterday and I recieved an automated email from the online store stating that my order was queued. I emailed customer service to find out if I would receive an email when the status progressed. I have no way of tracking my order and their listed phone number is disconnected. The VRU that comes on when you call states the wrong number also....

Anyone have any info? I know they are a well respected name in DiscGolf, but I'm a little uneasy at the moment.

Not sure about the # thing, but Dave was on vacation. He's been a busy guy lately with the bags and the new magazine and took a well deserved break.

I've got a few orders in also. Just be patient.

Thanks guys for the replies. I'm cool with being patient, but this was my first order from them (and from what I hear about the quality of the bags, it should probably be my last) and I just wanted to verify that all was on the up an up. The phone thing kinda threw me so I thought I would check to see if someone had an updated listing.

I'll chill and let them do their thing.

Sorry about the phone. Not sure what happened but all our lines were out for about 3 hours yesterday afternoon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As for the orders, it has taken a bit of time to get everything sorted out from being gone last week. Several shipments went out yesterday afternoon and many more (including Mr. Black's) are boxed, labeled, and heading over to the post office this morning. I've contacted a few people who ordered things I don't currently have in stock.

A friend of mine put it very succinctly: Work life is a bank. Family life is a bank. If you borrow from one (like for a vacation to Florida) you'll inevitably have to pay the other back...
