My question is is the CE candy Teebird TL the same disc as the pro Teebird L? I know they are different plastics but are they the same disc. ie both rated speed: 7 glide: 5 turn: 0 fade: 1

i dont think so, i think thats why one is called the Teebird TL and one the Teebird L, but i could be wrong...

Its basically the same mold.
Big difference in flight though, to me the Pro Teebird L feels much more high speed understable than the CE.

for sure, they definitely fly different. The Teebird-L in the Pro plastic is much flippier

They are the same mold. Ans yes, the prostyle plastic is much flippier.

I seem to remember Dave D saying they were completely different molds. They shure look different when held up. The new T-L is way flippier too! Also, there is a big difference in domeyness between CFR TL's too. Got to be a plastic/cooling thing or something else there though because im fairly sure there is only one mold spec for all CFR's.

again--there are 2 identical molds for the teebird. i believe they use a bottom variation for the teebird L. this includes ce tl, se tl, cfr tl, and pro teebird-l. these were all molded with identical molds. the dome/flight variations are a result of the different plastics used.
