I figured that this question was better served by a poll.

I think DROT was the best response so far...maybe I'd have a chance against that guy.

That is why I am getting an MBA. To figure out how to make things easier.
Temporary post drift; I apologize.
I was made mention in another thread that there are alot of "pot heads" who play disc golf. However with a trend I notice, Mark is getting his MBA, I am almost done with my MBA, a bunch of our regular locals are either done with or in Graduate school, amongst others that play near me, there alot of IT managers, a professor, a head chef, and a journalist.
This sport attracts alot of intellegent people, and I believe it is a game of thinking. There are alot of geometrical aspects, not to mention physics that go into an accurate shot. Even the PDGA Demographics show that most golfers have a college education or more, and earn high incomes 70-100k.
I am off my soap box now, I just wanted to point this out.

Just because your smart and make alot of money doesnt mean your not a POT HEAD. One of my good friends got a 33 on his ACT while he was stoned. IMO there is no correlation between being a pot head and being stupid or not making any money. ANYONE and EVERYONE can be a pot head. From a Bio Chemist or brain surgeon right down to a grocery store bagger.
I do agree that there are alot of very smart people playing this sport but to say that they arent pot heads because they are smart and succesful just doesnt work for me.
Just my 2 cents

Those statistics are only representative of PDGA members who bothered to complete the survey. Believe me, the recreational element of the sport is rife with crack smoking fools.

I'm 90% from inside 15, but not quite 95% yet...
With regards to the thread drift, It is encouraging to know that other educated and professional people are playing because in my town almost everyone who plays is totally blue collar. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I have a special respect for anyone who can handle an intense career and still find time to play.

I find the comment you made to be highly offensive.
Im 22 years old and Im the parts manager at a car dealership. I work 50 hours a week and still find time to play 35 tournaments a year and about 15 rounds a week. Plus i practice for an hour or so a day. What is intense supposed to mean??? Are you saying you have respect for people who make alot of money but still find time to play disc golf or do you really mean an intense career??? Because I dont think anyone has an intense career unless they are workin over 70 hours a week, and if your doing that then i dont think youll have time to golf at all so i guess it kind of depends on what your definition of intense is.

You make your family work 40 hrs a week?

For someone almost done with his MBA, im suprised to see you spelling "a lot" wrong.
I bow to your intellectual superiority.
Thank you for pointing out my academic weakness. Also, did you notice my incorrect usage of verb tenses? Be glad I am not an elementary school English teacher, and instead I analyze inventory numbers everyday. From now on I will run all my posts through spell check in Word just for you, ok.
And besides the word "alot" instead of allot, found 4 times in that post, I only misspelled one word.
A lot is spelled alot a lot but it is always spelled with two words. :D

I am 23% from 30' and 97% from 50' however, my math might be off a little bit
50 from 50 and 90 from 30
sometimes
I'm about 95 percent within 19' and about 80 percent from 25' but at about 20', I currently have some strange kind of mental block and I'm only about 50 percent from there.

I've been practicing 20 foot pressure putts indoors all winter. They are pressure putts because if I miss left I could take out the antique Mikasa and if I miss high there goes the Barany clock.

Ever considered moving the basket or the Mikasa and Barany??
