Dear Distinguished Members of the Disc Golf Hall of Fame,

On behalf of the Augusta Disc Golf Association, Epicenter Disc Golf Services and the Disc Golf Hall of Fame,
I take great pleasure in extending you this invitation to join us for the 2005 Disc Golf Hall of Fame Classic.

As the 2005 disc golf season approaches, many of you are beginning to plan your tournament schedule for the upcoming year. We graciously ask that you consider honoring us with your presence here in Augusta. This PDGA National Tour Event will take place on April 22nd-24th at scenic Lake Olmstead Park and will be a qualifying event for the United States Disc Golf Championship.

A tournament flyer can be viewed by clicking on this link:

Our inaugural event was a tremendous success as former world champion Cam Todd, and Hall of Famers, Elaine King and Stan McDaniel claimed titles in the 8th richest event on the PDGA tour in 2003. A silent auction held in conjunction with the tournament raised in excess of $2,300 for the Hall of Fame. Twelve Hall of Famers were present and recognized on Saturday evening at the dinner banquet. Each was kind enough to get up and address the gathering with some words of wisdom before being presented with a small token of thanks. This years event promises to be even better as we expect at least twice the number of Hall of Famers to attend. We sincerely hope that you will be one of those who we can honor in person. Because this is a bi-annual event, your next opportunity to attend will not be until 2007.

A limited access VIP hospitality area will be set up in the clubhouse so that you and a guest can enjoy complimentary food and beverages throughout the tournament. A tour of the PDGA National Disc Golf Center, which is currently under development just north of Augusta, is also being planned for those of you who wish to visit the future home of the PDGA office, the Disc Golf Foundation and the Hall of Fame and Ed Headrick memorial museums. The silent auction will once again benefit the Hall of Fame. We kindly ask you to donate a personal or autographed item(s) to the auction.

Please contact me Brian@epicenterdiscgolf.com as soon as possible to let us know if you are planning to attend. I look forward to hearing from each of you in regards to your participation.

Sincerely,

Brian Graham
Tournament Director
