I was just wondering if anyone had ever had gotten peroneal tendon instability as a result of playing disc golf

I've never thrown a peroneal tendon. So, its normally pretty stable?
Supposed to be a joke?
Can't tell.. (*edit- funny dan, jerk lol)
Anyways, it's a tendon that runs down your outerleg and supports your ankle. I was playing one day and the "sheath" that keeps that tendon in place snapped
It's the same thing that happened to Curt Schilling, only it happened to me disc golfing, not pitching.
Soooooo, was wondering if anyone has ever had the same thing from disc golf

After a long day of disc golf the places I am sore the next day are my left knee and right ankle. Oh...and often my pride if it was a bad tournament.
