Yeah you can trust him, you can take my word for it, as a non-lurker. I had problems filling out the survey too, b/c you need a outgoing mail server... eg. Outlook...

yeah I dunno what the deal is with that survey... I had a hard time filling it out too... but I use Mozilla Firefox... so maybe that's why? I finally had to just copy and paste into NOTEPAD. ohh well... :D

If you're worried about being spammed by this guy dont be. Snapdisc sports donates shirts and prizes to lots of local events, and if he wants to give out some prizes in exchange for filling out a survey, let him. If you dont want to fill out the survey no one is forcing you to. :D
