Course is looking good. Played a round today. Leaves have fallen opening new routes and definately making play a little easier.

Stolen by someone. Reward being offered to the recovery of the basket. We will work on having a target there for the tournament.

Will there be any changes to the course layout?
I had heard some talk about having additional/different basket placements.

Now that would be cool! 27 holes for this one would be nice. Got the room?

Just a reminder.....

Turkey Shoot Out at Ox Bow will have divisions split over two days. Make sure you know you rating. We don't want to refuse anyone an opportunity to play should they show up and have a rating that is too high for a division they plan to enter.

We have scheduled split days due to the history of large attendance. In 2001 and 2002 had full fields with 82 players and in 2003 the field ballooned to 103 players. There are no other B tier events in the region and this tournament will again be well attended.

Both days we will have ONLY a one hour break between rounds. If you are planning to play on Saturday, perhaps you should pack a lunch. Sunday you have the option of a free lunch provided by the club.

THIS EVENT IS SCHEDULED TO TEE OFF AT 9:15 AM. We are very serious about the start time because of the limited daylight. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
