Just wondering if anyone does extra WP to there bags. If so what do you use?

Scotch Gard or you can buy one of Rob Harding's bags from Santa Cruz Disc that have a waterproof bottom and a large waterproof pocket.

I'll second the Scotch Gard. Works well. You can also go to REI and get similar products that are a little more industrial strength for out-door gear.
