I really hate to do this because its not like me at all but there seems to be nothing else I can do to make it right.

Back at the end of August I listed a few discs on here for trade and got a response from Lane Lehman about a first run comet. He said he was interested and thru a couple of PM's we worked a trade for my comet for a lightly used 10x roc. He said he'd send the roc that Friday because he had some other trades going out that day. That Friday (Aug 27) I sent the comet to Michigan. I waited for a while and on about a week and a half later(Sept 6) I sent him a PM asking about the trade, had he gotten my disc and when should I see his disc. He responded saying he had sent the roc on Saturday (Aug 28 I assume) and still no sign of the comet. I have sent a couple of PM's since then trying to get in touch but they have just been disregarded.

If any of you out there know this guy and can help, it would be much appreciated. It sucks that we have people out there who would do something like this. I know that everyone here isn't like that because i have had several trades that have gone extremely well and a couple where I have gotten better than I expected.

Were you able to track the shipments?

I sent mine thru USPS with no tracking. I did keep the receipt from mine tho in case I had to prove mine was sent.

i got screwed out of a couple ce rocs by brad rogers [zildjan] in lake oswego, oregon. he claimed he sent me a money order and it got cashed, but i never got it. he has refused to talk about it, or return my calls. i will keep trying and plan to take action through the pdga and with the postal service[mail fraud] it is the principle, not the $. i have been more careful since then and have not had a problem with any trades since. good luck with your situation.

I remember when you posted about that guy. People like that suck. Is one disc, no matter how great, really worth it. I don't want anyone to be able to call me a thief, thats more important than any disc. It's too bad the PDGA site doesnt have sticky threads where we can post good traders and bad traders like discgolfreview.com. But then again with the constant flaming that goes on here those threads would be over in no time.

I used to sell stuff on ebay in pretty large quantities (usaconsignments.com - I am now TeamDisaster on there) and things DO get lost sometimes. One time two CE eagles never made it to someone and I thought they were just trying to take advantage of me. Well I sent them two more and then SIX months later the original two showed up at my house. The address was even written correctly on the package - VERY strange stuff can happen at the USPS...

I agree that things can happen with the USPS. But when I know that I sent my disc out and he claims not to receive it and also claims to have sent his disc and I know I haven't seen it, thats pushing coincidence just a little too far. That combined with no response from my last two messages to him, I dunno, that seems like a little more than coincidence to me, how about you?

Along these lines...

Has anyone seen Justin Jenigan??? I have a confirmation from a priority mail slip that shows he got the $20.00 I sent him for a disc over a month ago but have no disc. I have sent e-mail and PM'd him on the board but have not got a response. I hope there is no malice on his part and am not looking to call him out, I just want my disc or my money back. So... if any one sees or talks to him please let him know I am looking for him.

Much Thanks

He's a friend of mine so I'l try to get up with him for you. I don't think you have too much to worry about, he's not the type to do anybody around but I'll email him tonight and also mention it next time I see him which should be in a week or so.

Yeah, he is an honest guy and has gotten burned himself in the past. I don't think he would do that to anyone.

Thats true, I forgot about the Finale. Thats ok though, we can just get a message to him thru his little bro or mom or dad if they're there.
