Aug 30 2004, 12:35 PM
Oktoberfest is on Oct. 2-3rd, the first weekend in October. Here's a funny: In the last pdga magazine it had the tournament listed as being in Round Rock not Red Rock. As oppossed to maybe Round Top. Round Rock, Round Top, Red Rock...say that three times over.

Sep 01 2004, 12:11 PM
The discs are ordered: cow chewin' the chains - reprint from 1999 on innova and st.pauli girl okfest logo on discraft.

Hey Randy, do we still have the arrangement of you delivering the "BBQ BEAST" and I cover your meals for the weekend?

Hey Tasker, how about I help you grease the skids so you can make it to Oktoberfest with one of my lemon cheese cakes? Chicks dig it! ;)

Q-chef, thanks for covering the food again. For those that don't know, Q is an excellent chef that serves up quality/healthy food. Sign ups are coming in via titledisc, I had several new sign ups when I got back from Colo. More have been signing up at Pease each day. I mowed for about 5 hours yesterday. If you want to get practice rounds in you may want to wait another week til I get more done. Remember, we are closed to walk ups now, you must call for reservations to come out. Thanks, D.Moody

Fundraiser discs are in from Innova. Completely clear, gummy Archangels and TL's. They look....you know what they look like. $25.00 gets a disc and T-sign sponsorship level at the event. Please support this effort if you can, we are still working towards a cash goal to cover added monies for all divisions. Sunday's is good Metal.

Either way, you will not need reservations this Sunday to come out and play. Regular rules apply, please respect the property and put your greens fee in the drop box. I have been mowing this week and the course is looking good. Just about ready to push mow the greens. Sign up for the Octoberfest on tiltedisc.com through Monday or at the Pease shop.

Alright boys and girls, since Ware has obviously had too much to drink this morning, I will provide the weather update in a rather wordy manner. :D

Friday for Doubles - It won't rain - high of 87

Friday night for campers - They say a good chance for rain as a coldfront comes through.

Saturday - might rain early in morning, but it will clear up to be a glorious day for Oktoberfest. Temps will only rise to around 80.

Saturday night for campers - great camping weather: clear and cool - low of 55.

Sunday - A wonderful day with a high of 80.

No discs for me Mike. I heard your not supposed to throw it in the water, so I didnt.
Wow, what an awesome weekend a Moody's.
Due to computer fun, this is the first time I could log on since.
I want to thank my sponsor, Mr. Moody, for another totally awesome weekend. Better than any weekend spent just drinkin and fishin. :D
Thanks to the awesome staff, the awesome chef "Q", and the geezers who helped me finish in the money for a change. ;)
The course was awesome, the fireants hungry (look at my legs), and the burrs just too much fun to mention. Dave did an excellent job getting the course ready, including the awesome light show saturday morning. How did you do that Dave? That radio tower is one tough SOB.
As usual, it was a great weekend at the ranch, and I'm already looking forward to the Red Rock show.
Once again, thank you Dave and staff for the great time.
A special thanks to Harry, for coming all the way from Houston to help put me in the money. :D:D
Always love playing with you Harry, we are not as uptight as those younguns, which makes it all the more enjoyable.
I didnt make Waterloo, but I will be there to watch and cheer and donate to the cause.
See you all there.
