Anyone else see this video...?

I was very excited to see the sudden death playoff that i heard so much about... but this video was surprisingly boring! Felt a lot like watching Ball Golf on TV! I've seen many other dg videos, and this one is definitely great quality, but it lacked any real excitement...good for historical purposes, but the replay value is very low. It was definitely not a bad price ( $20.00 ) but if one of my friends had it, I'd rather borrow it from them... Anyone have any comments?

I like the DVD.

By far the best disc golf video ever made - It shows every hole of the final round - not every shot, but at least we get to see every hole now. It also has highlights from thefirst three days - plus it has the entire playoff - I love it!

Highlights?

They should try and go in the direction of a Hot Shots video with the best shots through-out the week.
Then follow the top 2-3 cards the final day.


And the music?

I thoroughly enjoyed the NT video...was a little disappointed in the Worlds video...and really disappointed with this video. For one...it seems like there just wasn't a nice mix of shots. It seems like the majority of the video was of people putting...until you get to the final round and the sudden death playoff. Also...the dvd navigation is kind of screwy. I played it in three different dvd players to see if it was just the one I was watching it on...but it wasn't. The "Play All" doesn't work right. You can watch the players meeting and then Round 1...and then it kicks you back to the first screen. I do agree that it is also kind of boring to watch up until the final round and the sudden death playoff. Anyway...just my two cents worth...

I will still watch it though...because it is disc golf :D

I watched this last night. Format is screwy, coming back to the menu each time you end a round. Audio was poor. I did enjoy the playoff round, and final round play. Also, I liked this better than the Worlds DVD / VHS that I have. I would watch again though.

Just got the DVD this weekend and was able to finally watch it last night. I loved it! Barry and Ken in a ten hole sudden death playoff? Wow! I knew who was gonna win, but did not know where. Playing hole 18 five times I think, and not messing it up once? Barry was on fire. That was incredible to me. Have not yet watched the first three rounds, but saw the "distance competition" and the interviews (Barry and Jonathan Poole). I like the awards at the end too. Probably won't watch it every time, but was like I was there. Good stuff. Glad to have won it!

just got this dvd for my birthday, it is awesome it is probably the best disc golf dvd ive seen although i havent seen the national tour dvd
