I recently bought a black ontario roc with a small rainbow bar stamp on it, i have never seen one like it before and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it.

They are quite rare. There ones you see the most are the White ones with the bar stamp. Some equate them to the Ontario equivilant of the proto rainbow Rancho Roc. They are sweet. I believe Bob Dodge had them made through Innova a number of years back.

A black ontario roc with an innova bar stamp...sounds nice
I have a red one with an shiner bock, and klol rock station on the logo, some charity event.
I have another roc question. Is the classic roc less stable than the roc?

Less overstable, not less stable. If thrown flat neither will have any high speed turn out of the box unless you arm them over (hard throw without spin). The Roc will fade more when it slows, but both discs fade at the very end of their flight.
