Over the past year I have found a number of different throwing resources on the web. Many have been listed here but now are deep in the bowels of various threads. I would like this thread to be a link thread with links to some of the great information out there. For example, Theo Pozzy's Video drive study is an excellent tool. If people only post links, as opposed to questions and commentary, all that wonderful information will be directly available.
I will start with two great resources I just found on the throwing a light beast thread, one on disc selection: http://www.radl.biz/Articles/discselection.html
and the other on getting good fast: http://www.radl.biz/Articles/gettinggoodinahurry.html
(Thanks Felix Sung aka fore)

Luke,
Thanks for pointing that out. I made the change to the URL above.
I also recommend this:
http://tinyurl.com/2yzp4
www.discgolfreview.com (http://www.discgolfreview.com)
AWESOME site that includes:
--Professional and user reviews for dozens upon dozens of discs from most if not all major disc manufacturers.
--Articles on throwing techniques
--A troubleshooting guide to help you address VERY specific problems with your game.
--A step-by-step throwing analysis of over a dozen touring pros. This is a multi-angle video analysis that meticulously explains the run-up, the pull back, the hit and the follow through of a backhand throw while also explaining how to throw sidearms, tomahawks, 360-degree drives, and the bent elbow technique. AMAZING resource.
Also check out www.codeca.net/bhmo (http://www.codeca.net/bhmo)
This website provides good quality video from the 2003 (or 2002?) Brent Hambrick Memorial in Columbus, OH. It even has a slow motion video of Ken Climo's driving technique!! Entertaining stuff!
heck yeah! Good stuff! Watching that tournament makes me want to sell my soul to innova!

Happy to announce the re-launch of the updated and improved flying disc academy some of you old-time www surfers might remember from the mid to late 90's
http://area46.tip.nu
The english version (which you find by clicking the in english link close to our cover girl Kicki's right hand) is a subset of the full swedish content, with selected useful resources and tips on disc golf, as well as on other flying disc sports. Look for more to be added when I get the time to translate even more of the main area46 site into english.
(Or take a crash course in swedish if you feel you cannot wait... ;) )

the Dr already plugged my site, but i guess i'll ask if anyone has any requests for non-review-based articles, i can do my best to fill those requests. also, if anyone has access to a video camera and would like to be featured on the throw analysis section, drop me an email and i can let you know how to go about that.
for those who remember when i used to post more often here, i blew my shoulder out october 2002 and again in july 2003, with only 8 rounds in between so i've been MIA from disc golf for the past year and a half or so. am hoping my shoulder will be back soon and i can start posting more new material.
