The Inn Suites, is the name of the hotel. Disqman is the correct site, but I don't think that there is an entry form up yet. The phone number for the club(azdgc) should be there, or you can leave an email(azdgc@msn.com), and Dan or Sue should get back to you.
Russ, are you sure the Inn Suites will host again? Dan told me that we're getting too big for them, and we may need to look elsewhere. Not sure what the plan is for this year.
Even if it's not the host hotel, it's a great place to stay because it's right on the Vista course.

Is the PDGA Summit still going to coincide with the week before this tourney?

Ssshhh! If we tell you, we'll have to kill you, Rhett.
Actually, don't know yet. I would say it is likely, but we might save some dollars by doing it in Augusta and not having staff travel. I am personally pushing for 3 face to face meetings a year of the board, not just once at the Summit.
Of note, despite the long history of it being open to non-Board members and the presence in town for a major event of a lot of PDGA members, there were very few people who bothered to visit the Summit last year. Few enough so that I got all of their photos into the report of what the Summit was all about in DGWN earlier in year.
You know, that report to all the membership about the secret meeting /msgboard/images/clipart/happy.gif

waco is still up in the air for me cuz i dont know if i can take off an extra week. if i do drive i wanna leave that monday or tuesday b4. its like a 30 hour drive. road trippin is waaaay better than flyin. and if i do end up bein able to go to waco you could always just fly home. its still a ways away so we can figure it out. if i dont go to waco though i may very well end up flyin. but then you have rent a car, and thats always a hassel and an arm and a leg.

Jim, I talked to Danny before I posted and the only thing he said about the hotel was that they have not agreed on the rate, and that if anyone called now to reserve, that the rate they will be quoted will be less by tourney time. We also talked at league, and he is trying to get the info up in the next 2 weeks on disqman, because he is already getting entries.

Hey Mike,
I'm getting into the medical field, working on an RN degree. Lots and lots and lots of work this semster. I always wanted to be a DR. when I was a kid. I might do that next. Next semester have easier class load! What you working on? I'll take a six of 90;)
I think I may be going if I have enough frequent flyer miles that is. Does anyone know the entry fee for AM1s?

Count me in for AZ bound. I may be using frequent flyer miles or road tripping. Has anyone priced tickets?
I havent priced tix yet, but i know my buddy just went down there a couple weeks ago from the saginaw airport and it was like $300 round trip, and those where kinda last minute tix from the web, so im sure it might be a lil cheaper in advance. is the entry fee for ams $100?

Last year there was talk of not having master's division at NT events. Will the master's and open play the same courses at the Memorial. Great tournament. Last year the hotel over booked and gave us a room at the apt/hotel behind *****. Does anyone know the the name of the converted apt to hotel place. Thanks
