If you had to choose between a super model or talented disc golf girl. Who would you choose?
I would have to take the golfer over the model.
Julianna is a model/supreme golfer!! What more do you want?? Think about it she has the perfect model stature, along with skills!! PERFECT WOMAN!!!!
Tony, I must agree, but above all she's very graceful when she plays...Wish she'd do a poster for Innova (hint hint)...LOL... But I myself would have to take a female disc golfer over a super-model any day.
I'd be willing to teach a super model how to play disc golf if the occasion ever presented itself.

Remember when fashion models were... pretty?
Remember when they looked like... girls?
Here's an idea: Why doesn't the fashion industry tell us what guys look good and let the heterosexuals pick the girls.

I took a hot Barbie type girl to the course once, She hated the game and she could only drive about 60 feet but she made all most every single putt from 40 feet on in. Of Course I had to dump her since she kicked my kiester at putting, you got to draw the line somewhere.

Here's a photo of me from Pro Worlds 2001. My own family would not be able to tell this is me. But, we can tell for sure that I AM NOT A SUPERMODEL. I would rather go disc golfing than be anywhere near a supermodel. It does look like I throw the disc like a girl.

All you message board regulars who were at the Pro Worlds, please give us your pool and photo number so we can put a face with the name.

Yeah, I missed that!
Being personal isn't too cool, dude.
its one thing to disagree, another to flame.learn the difference, please.
Juliana is a babe. So is my wife, who is a disc golfer herself. Any female who plays disc golf stands out from the rest in my book.

How come nobody has commented on the number of disc golf babes and spectators at Burlington? You were there Mike. I was hoping for a groupy.
Juliana not hot??? Ive met her numerous times, and shes a babe.......Game makes her even better!!! Not to mention just Sweet as all getout!! http://pdga.com/discus/clipart/proud.gif
I played mando golf in a field with Korver, she was so cool, and she's a babe.
There's a few disc golfhers here in mich. that are just knock-outs. http://pdga.com/discus/clipart/happy.gif
I love this state.
Josh, that wasn't directed at me, was it?
Right-o, Chris..There were several disc golf babes in Burlington. My wife commented that she has seen a steady increase in the number of women players in NC, an she's only been tourney playing this year. The only downside about disc golf babes is that I like to watch them. Sometimes I just lose my concentration. On the flip side, when I won the Reedy Creek Points Bonanza, Juliana was there, and my goal was not to let her beat my score. She beat me the first round (51 to 53), and that fired me up. The second round I shot a 45, and she shot another 51. I won by 6 strokes,(vs. her AND the adv. field), because I wasn't playing against the advanced field... I was playing against Juliana!!!
(She played Open with the men, and whupped a bunch of 'em...)
hehehe....I love seeing women beat Men!! http://pdga.com/discus/clipart/proud.gif
im not dissing korver or anything, i think shes the bomb and she can whip me, but being 17 i dont think shes a supermodel. disc golfin girls are cool though.
She's a super model for disc golf.

I'm lucky enough to have a cute girl who loves disc golf as much as me. And she is getting pretty good. She can almost drive 300 feet now and practices putting everyday.

My girlfriend plays from time to time but I don't encourage it... disc golf is my time to have fun and not have to worry about anything. Having a disc golf gf is almost as bad as working with a significant other. Bad idea :p

Here's my wife, Alanna Poole at Deer Lakes DGC near Pittsburgh. For you that are curious and want to check her stats her last name is listed as Houck, just like John. And of course, I think she's a supermodel. http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn153/kUrTpOoLe/DSC01983.jpg

I can say now that Alanna is better than good and she rolls with the purist "Stand and Deliver" style. I'm currently playing about 880ish, considering myself to be able to hold my own, and we battle constantly. We threw as a Team Yinzer crew at Shoot the Breeze in Ashtabula, OH this past weekend and if you dont know the course is a brutal par 54. When there is no wind at all the "breeze" holds steady at a minimal 10-12mph . I know gusts in the final hit 35 . Take a look keeping the following in mind:
Round 1 - Everyone played the same varied "sign" layout
Round 2 - Red to short
Round 3 - White to Long
Final 9 - Everyone Blue to Long
STBO Scores (http://pdga.com/tournament/tournament_results.php?TournID=8040&year=2008&incl udeRatings=1#Open)
pretty dang good.

and I want the DGer... supermodels are prissy sissies. I could use more appropriate terms but I'm already on probation. Plus, have you seen my picture?

When I go to the course everyone asks about my wife and nothing about me. She enjoys playing casually but travels and is very focused on her career to put the time into disc golf. We practice putting in the back yard about 3 to 4 hrs a week and is definately better than I. Hopefully her job will slow down so we can both travel and play disc golf.
