Tourney 54 was on 3/29/14, and scores are submitted. My rating (#16073) shows "as of 15-Apr-2014" but doesn't show any events for 2014. Why?

Most likely the TD did not get his official report (which is different than the online upload) and fees in by April 1.

Your rating is "updated" meaning your data is reviewed even if you have no new rated rounds and the "as of" date moves forward.
