Quick updates on the tournament:

-Registrations continue to come in. We have updated the PDGA list as well.
-Catrina Allen and Cameron Colglazier will be playing in our event so we are excited about having an awesome field.
-We are happy to announce that DGNomad.com and Advanced Energy Diagnostics/Seth Friedrich have come on board as a sponsor. We definitely have to thank all of our sponsors!
-We want to remind everyone that this event is an AM Nats qualifier.
-Some people have been asking about the Doubles Tournament: that will take place from Noon to 6PM on Thursday and you can check in at my office, where the tournament check in is located. The cost will be $20 per player and will be best shot doubles. You will get to bring your own partner and you will just need to play with someone else. Payout will be in plastic addict bucks.
-For a quick update on the FPO added cash: As of this point in time we will be adding $750 to the FPO purse. If we get at least 6 players we will push that to $1000. At this point in time we would payout 4 players in FPO if only 5 sign up. If 6 sign up we would still only pay out 4 players. If it moves to 7 players we would pay out five. The payout would look flat at the bottom with more of the money at the top spots.

Get signed up!

I want to personally thank the sponsors for their generous donations. How awesome would it be to land SIGNIFICANT sponsorships from corporate giants such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Gator Aide, to make the Pro purses more representative of this great sport. $5000 is a nice prize...but is it adequate for winning a WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ?

How do we attract a large donation from corporate giants?

Television exposure is so important....BSN coverage is step in TERRIFIC direction.
How many more athletes would play disc golf, or STICK with it longer if the money was representative to the ability and effort that we all know it takes to compee, and WIN at the highest level of the sport we all love.
