Just wondering if anyone else has had a bad customer service experience with Kyle Maute, owner of Phenix in the past. I've left him countless messages (almost daily for a month) and he will not return an email or phone call.:mad:

He sponsors a friend of mine who had the same problems. In the end all were happy. Its not the first time Ive heard those stories though.

I think he is in outside sales and stays on the road a lot.
