PDGA sanctioned tournaments are limited to members only at the A-tier level and above (so, also NT and Majors). PDGA sanctioned events at the B and C-tier levels are open to non-members, but it costs those non-members an extra $10 fee.

There is an "Advanced Search" option at the top of the Schedule (http://www.pdga.com/tour_schedule) page where you can filter events by state/province, by date, and by sanctioned tier (A, B, C, NT, Major).

All PDGA tournaments are members-only. At B tiers and C tiers you can buy a one-tournament membership. For A tiers, Majors and NTs you have to have at least an annual membership. You can find the tier of the tournament by looking it up on "PDGA Tour" above.
