Shout out the best courses from Idlewild, Ky, on south to Mouseville, Fl, along I-75. I don't know all the towns but I know we go past Chattannooga and Atlanta. If you want to give us a tour this weekend, e-mail me a phone number. I'll have my regular posse. :D

Check out Athens Tennessee . . . in sight of I-75 between Knoxville and Chattanoga (exit 49, east one mile, park on right, park at house near blue (pratice) basket.
Two baskets and two tees for each of the holes so you can choose your length to streach your legs and arm on the road trip!

It worked out to play in Knoxville on the way down. We played the course where the first hole was a 300 foot throw across the pond. We also played Barnett Park in Orlando.
Anyone have any information on what courses Advanced men or Advanced women are playing for 2012 pro-am worlds? We'll be in Charlotte tomorrow.
Merry Christmas everyone. We'll exchange gifts on New Year's Eve since we're travelling and disc golfing on Christmas.
[Is my family awesome or what?!]

We went up through Charlotte on the way home. We played Tom Triplett, blue tees, in Savannah which is pretty good for a mostly flat course. Unfortunately, the course designer spent a lot of money on nice but soon to be destroyed tee signs.
When we got to Charlotte we played both courses at Elon and we played Bradford. We could not find the course at RL Smith or any hint of disc golfers so we skipped that one. Thanks to Hunter and Taylor for showing us around the Angry Beaver at Elon.
We've played six courses in Charlotte now and they have all been good or great courses. Charlotte is blessed with really good disc golf terrain with abrupt elevation changes and big rocks here and there. The Charlotte Worlds is looking like it will have really good courses.

We would have played more disc golf on the trip southbound, but the trip started out with a radiator failure. Replacing the radiator caused us to lose a day of disc golf.
