Would it be legal to have more than one caddy? Just think of all of the stuff you could bring with you on your round.

Has anyones seen this? Or how about a caddy carrying one bag and the player carrying another?

Comments?

3.5 B of the Competition Manual says players have the option to bring a caddie.
It doesn't say they can bring 2 caddies.

Like many things, it would come down to what the TD thinks

Bamba used to have an entourage of caddys back around 1999-2001 when I first started playing tournaments. I remember a Western States tourney at Huntington Beach where it was cold, windy, and had scattered showers. During the final 9, I was not only in awe of how far Bamba could throw in the wind, I was even more in awe of his posse: one guy was carrying a huge umbrella, like you find at a bistro table, that covered the whole crew. They would walk to the lie, Bamba would take off his jacket and hand it to one guy, then get a disc from another guy carrying his bag, step out from the umbrella and throw, and then come back under and put his jacket back on. I don't remember if he had another guy for his mini and one more for his water bottle, but it was a pretty awesome spectacle. :)

While we were hoping for no rain at our event yesterday, we were talking about the possibility of someone bringing four caddies with them to carry around an EZ-up canopy to keep over someone while they play.
