Points have been updated to include the SoCal Championships:

The link to the championships results is temporarily broken, so here's the direct link for that tourney:

Please check the results for errors ASAP, and tell your friends to check them too. There are too many competing disc golf websites these days so I'm only posting this on facebook and pdga.com.

Oh yeah, the way the points work in this:

Per tourney, you get 5 participation points per 18 holes played. Final-9s do not count towards this. You also get one point per person you beat or tie, plus one more point if you finished 1st.

For series points and Series Champion: pros use their five highest tourney point totals, ams use the top four.

You get one bonus point per SoCal tourney played, and those points are added to your SoCal Championships tourney points if you played the championships.

If there is a tie for first in Series Points, the first tie-breaker is total points. The second tie-breaker is number of tourneys played. The third tie-breaker is the BoDs headeache. :)

Total Points are used for the initial invites to the SoCal/NorCal Team Challenge.

This is nothing new. It's the way it's been done for several years now.
