A lot of people have been asking about the status of the 2011 Socal Championships that is listed on the Socal website schedule (http://socaldiscgolf.org/). Just got a notice on Facebook from Gary Sandoval:

"Tourney is gonna happen. Pro and Ams on same weekend oct 22-23 2 pools. Suzette has been a little under the weather. Flyers and sign ups should be real soon!!!! Don't trip tourney is gonna happen!!!! I heard wrightwood might get 3-4 inches of snow tonite!!! Can u say snow golf?!"

Details or online registatrion has not been made available yet. Suggest people be ready when registration opens up and get signed up fast. Mark your calendars for Oct 22-23.

Hmm, snow disc golf, never done that here in Socal, should be interesting.
