The Tulsa Tags are moving pretty quick, I think it's the color but then again it could be that the season and event were so much fun in 2010! I still have several available, they are $10 each. Since I had them with me last weekend in Emporia...we have Tulsa tags in six states.. but only the players that make it to "The Centennial Cup" in Owasso on April 30th will have a chance to be drawn for the top ten bag tags!

They haven't been handed out.. We are going to have a random drawing for them at "The Centennial Cup". You must have a tag to be in the drawing!

This year we have a 6 month tag season. Tags will not be frozen until September 17th, one week before the tournaments. That's right tournaments. With the excitement carried over from last year I purchased more tags this year to try and increase the turn out for the event in September, if those numbers work out-we'll have two events. A top 64 tournament and a DMI event! I would love to see that work out!

Here are your basic rules...play fair, no cry babies, and for heavens sake keep your tag on your bag!! Don't let me find out in any way that you told someone "I left it at home...it's in my car. Grow up, its a bag tag!! We all know it feels good to earn a lower tag than the one your carrying...keep those tags in play so that someone else may enjoy that same feeling..

#1) Tags are "IN PLAY" when playing in a scored round event. This is any event where you are playing for position.

#2) Tag holder must include bag tag in all "MASS TAG CHALLENGES" which will randomly occur at events which are in excess of one round.

#3) Tag holder will not throw their bag tag at any time...specially not at Duff

#4) When a tag # changes possession it is required to be reported either on this board or text to the #'s provided to you with the purchase of your tag!

#5) (CASUAL CHALLENGES) if you challenge a tag holder and lose you will relinquish the amount of $1 to the player that proved their tag.

Again please post or contact someone that can post your current tag # as often as possible...

Wilkes put a hurting on me last night to take the 10 tag. He was putting like a champ!

I had a hard fought battle with Geiger for the 12 tag saturday. At one point we were both 5 down at McClure. Ended up keep my 187 tag with a 2 down to 4 down....

Went out for another try today and was able to snag #24 from W. Minshall at Centennial. So now he has 179 from Jeremy T. And JT has 187.

Just found out they are haying our fields tomorrow instead of the 15th. Very short notice. Anyhow, does anyone want to make some money moving the hay from the field and put it up in the barn? I'll pay well for the work and we will only have around 350 bales. Last year with 5 of us it took about 3.5 hours. But I need the help since my son is gone and I have a blown knee as of a week ago.
If you can help or know someone that wants to earn a days wages for less than half a days work, give me a call.
The field is at 136th st N and Mingo.
Not sure if the work is tomorrow evening when the sun is setting or Friday morning early.

How do you not have your bag tag with you? ....WEAK!

I think if you bought a tag you have an obligation to your fellow tag holders in playing by the rules. Duff, when these people are called out you have the right to repo the tag. It seems to get worse each year. "Uh, my tag is on my other bag." "****, I left my tag in my car." Or worse they just quit and walk off before the round is over.
If you want, our event on 9/11 can be a mass tag challenge or mix the tags before they go out with cards. Let me know.

We will do a check in of the top 64 tags and then begin filling the bracket randomly with other attending tag holders! It's gonna be a MATCH PLAY EVENT... We will try to get in three rounds on Saturday, and the finals on Sunday!

Weather looks good for tomorrow. What tag do you have? Position doesn't mean anything. It's match play. My guess is a 1 or 2 seed hasn't won but I'm not sure. I got beat first match last year. It was great. Belty threw 10 feet from the practice basket from 18's t pad and it was safe.

I had 3 or 4 depending on who you asked...(challenged and beat 3 but he had a injury so i let it slide) but not making it up there this weekend. Good luck to you and all my other friends playing in it..
