I heard a rumor that the Norman Pro/Am will not be santioned this year. Is that true?

I just looked, and I didn't see any of our past TD's as being suspended...so the question remains:

With the Norman Pro/Am fast approaching, I would like to know if it is gonna be sanctioned or not. I play a limited number of tournaments, and would like to finish planning my summer...
