We had a basket stolen from one of our parks (Woodway Park, Woodway, TX) on Aug. 13, 2010.

The City of Woodway ordered a Lightning DB5 basket from discfly.com on Dec. 8, 2010. The City was told by discfly that the company that makes the baskets (Lightning Discs) was closed for the holidays and that a basket would be available in Jan.

They never heard back from anyone at discfly. They kept calling, emailing, calling, emailing but no reply. They finally tell them, by leaving a voice message, they want their money back as their credit card had already been charged. Well, they finally get a call back from discfly, and the representative was rude and made a comment about waiting 90-days for a basket should be acceptable.

The City was told by discfly they would have a basket last week - no basket arrived. We have been without a basket for over 7 months!

I'm not trying to bash discfly.com, but I thought by posting here someone would be able to help me get our basket replaced.
