… a repeat of a sellout … a former Challenge has been re-issued ; and accepted … this Saturday , the 26th . . . at Chandler Park . . . Moose Run Course . . . at High Noon . . . two Doubles Teams will duke it out … with unique weaponry … first-shot from each tee is a Bowling-Ball , , , second-shot from fairway is with a galvanized Trash-Can-Lid , , , any further-shots at each Basket are done with a single-Golf-Disc … best-shot doubles … the following four combatants will duel in the sun :

Doug Duff -and- Scott “Furdog” Schumacher
- - - Versus - - -
John “Gumby” Barton -and- Wayne Forest

… a battle of epic proportions … the losing Team will not only be humbled into submission , they must pay cash into the fundraiser … one-more-note : those guys are TOAST !

Yeah, no kidding. What kind of "Sneaky Wayne" stuff is this???:(

Since when does a Gary Nail and Forest team turn into a Gumby and Forest team? Gumby is up there almost every day where Nail plays about as often as I do.

If fact, Standingbear just called and told me that Gumby's up there right now practicing his gutter balls and lid tossing.

What's up with that????

Everybody knows I'm the worst putter in the group which means my partner is going to have to carry me like always.:o

That's all I need is to have those little beady eyes looking at me yelling "dollar" when I'm trying to putt.

Someone needs to call the animal cruelty police.

Guess I'm going to have to counter your offensive with a pre-emptive "Air Biscuit" attack. One whiff and that little munchkin will feel like the wicked witch of the west just dropped a house on her.:)

I'm not too worried about this one.

The trash lids have been modified with spikes for that medevil look.

I'm going to buy one of these...

http://img.walgreens.com/dbimagecache/02136384500_450x450_a.jpg

....and stick it up Duff's rear so when I miss the putt all have to do is clap my hands or hit the remote and it's taken care of.:D

Marie uses one on me all the time which is why I can't come out to play because I'm hooked up to the battery charger most of the time.

Some of you people out there that are planning to play the GCD might want consider that option as well.

Just slow down there a minute Pokey.

Team "MuffDog" has already been nice enough to allow you to bring in Gumby over Nail because what would Pokey be without his trusted steed Gumby.

Standingbear has already told me that no matter who wins he will be there to collect a donation toward the water faucet your pony ran over at B-Fest.

So the two of you might want to think about bringing some extra cash to donate and help get the "Parking Boots" removed from your tires when the round is over.:)

And when the dust settles and team "MuffDog" is doing the "Muffdog Victory Dance" in the parking lot, fear not for I will be bringing the two of you "Team Buckner" t-shirts to wear proudly at CS11.:D

Also,...new this year.

Survivor : Chandlerstock!!!

After each round all players in each division will go to a separate divisional council where they will vote to kick one player in their divison either up to the next higher divison or out of the tournament alltogether.:)

Any Open division player voted out will have to play on Richard Mitchell's card.

Instructions and hints to where immunity idols can be found on the courses will be provided at the players meeting.

This is your chance to rid your division of baggers and undesirables so start forming your alliances now.

The Division has spoken.:D

Sorry buddy but Chandler Park owns the patent on those elevated baskets so you guys can't have any over there in Arkansas without out paying us a yearly royalty fee.:D

Those were blocks were constructed by the same aliens that landed here thousands of years ago and built the pyramids. Don't tell anybody, but I think Wayne Forest was one of them.

They constructed them on my mountain as beacons to be seen from outer space so they and all their alien buddies could navagate their spaceships to the worlds greatest DG tournament, Chanderstock.

You can always tell who the aliens are at CS because they glow green at night and miss their tee times in the morning.

If you want to do some good for the sport of DG in Arkansas tell your parks director to set up a big tent at your course, bring in some dentists willing to work for free, and offer free dental work. ;)

That's good Evan because Furdog needs a new sparring partner on this board anyways. Dave won't play with him anymore:(

Well the problem in Tulsa is all the "tweakers" that are giving us a bad rep.

According to this:

http://www.totalbeauty.com/content/gallery/p-worst-teeth-cities/p36172/page3

your state ranks # 13 and #50 in dentist per cap.

I guess if you don't have any teeth to start with ya'll don't need a dentist after all.:)

When are you guys going to do something about all that inbreeding going on over thar.;)

Woof….woof….Bark….Bark!!!

In the words of John Hammond in "Jurassic Park", we are “sparing no expense” to bring in the wildest Chandlerstock ever!!!

Those Am’s that pre-register on Friday can expect an extra dog treat in their players pack along with the third in the series, Supercolor disc designed again this year by Steve and Kathy Ward. This one also reveals a secret message when held under a black light.

Thursday April 7th, it’s the Duff’ster with a casino mini and initial sale of 2011 bag tags.

Friday morning, April 8th, 10am, it’s old timer Rick Neil with a Disc Flights mini for early birds.

The Duff’ster will be running Friday doubles. Flex starts from 4:30pm to 6pm.

Saturday morning the “Five Hour Energy” girl will be on site to help you recover from the night before. I drank five of them at the Ice Bowl and they really work.

Other sponsors are starting to come forward including Jake Regier from Charleston’s (Great Food) Restaurant, Mike Treat with a free entry into the Riverside Glide, Evan McKee from Arkansas bringing up some super cool trophies, Wayne Forest and ALL of the Players from recent “Flights Doubles Events” : Supporting The Sport.

You still got a chance to get out this Friday night, April 2nd at Chandler to get yourself a poker chip for the “Flights” drawing. As always great stuff to be given away out of Wayne’s private vault during Chandlerstock.

Once again, Chandler Tye Dyes will be available and this year’s look is different from all previous years so you might want to hook up with one of these as they will probably be the last Marie and I do.

Anyone looking to sponsor or donate something please post or call me.

Sorry but no “Golden Mini Basket” CTP’s this year. I figure with the price of gas you guys would all prefer cash instead.

Also, hook up with John Barton as he will be running the city championship this year and certain rounds at Chandlerstock will count towards that for those that are interested. I’m sure there will be a thread of flyer available with more info soon.

The County Park Department is currently cutting through the woods on Bears Lair to make us a new # 18. It’s going to be tight and about 240 feet long. # 17 will be longer and redesigned as well. I doubt whether any team who attends the United Way Event in the fall will be able to expect a -18 anymore.

As always a lot of people are coming together to help make this one of the premier Disc Golf events in area on the highest elevated courses in Oklahoma. I not totally sure about the elevation part but until someone proves me wrong, I’m claiming it.

You play that game on players that paid money for a specific division and you'll have a revolt that would drive Kadafi out. Just the thought of it made Hinds sign up for another event and I have heard some others grumbling about it.

But seriously, I think you should do it..................... The end result could be a historic demise of the current leadership out there.:p

Well leave it to Hinds to believe that I was actually going to do that at Chandlerstock this year. The guy is so gullible in believing my fiction two weeks ago I even had him calling Chandler Park to deny something that never happened.

Hinds signed up for another event so he could weed out his competition and move up in the division by blowing the whistle on outlaw beer drinkers.

He can't do that at Chandlerstock.:)

For those others that thought or believed we are doing Survivor: Chandlerstock this year I will tell you all now that NO, we are not.

It will be the same as all years before.

If you come out to bag I will leave it to your peers to judge and discipline you as they see fit.

The idea of Survivor Golf would need to be tested at a mini or something first with everybody paying the same entry. Even then I'm not sure how to work out all of the details to make it fair for everyone.

I'm sure though that everybody can remember a time when they started out and wished they could vote some bagger off their card and into the division they really should be playing in.

BTW, as I told Sparky from OKC on the phone last night, camping is NOT allowed on Thursday night. I wish it was but if anyone tries to camp at Chandler on Thursday night the sheriff will definitely be giving you a visit.

The gates open at 6am on Friday morning so early birds should come up then.

Don't forget Rick Neil's "D.F." mini at 10am.

Ok, my name is Breezy Trees and I'm here to give you all the official weather forecast as of Wednesday, April 6th for the upper alpine area of Furdog's Mountain.

The area is currently experiencing a "Canadian Low" but expect to see a "Mexican High" move in on Friday night and dominate the area over the weekend.

Highs are going to be in the low 80's with lows at night in the mid 60's.

Winds will be from the south-southwest at 10-20mph so be sure to tie down your tent and secure your goodies before attempting your accent into Disc Golf glory.

Unfortunately, and this is no BS, because of the dry conditions and the wind, a county burn ban is in affect.:(

This means NO BURNING even in the shelter fireplaces or park grills.

Gas grills are ok they just don't want embers from burning wood flying around in the wind.

Please don't get drunk and come up and tell me it's ok because it will not be and you will have to put it out or be fined and escorted out of the park by the sheriff.

There is a slight chance (20-30%) of thunderstorms so if that happens and it soaks the ground enough, the ban might be lifted for a little while.

For those that love the colors, do not despair as there will be plenty of pretty colors without the need for flames.:)

No Camp Fires:mad:, No Mini Baskets:mad:, No Survivor golf on the mountain either:mad: - this sucks, Brother Love would not approve :(, luckily Wayne and the Bartons will be there to make sure it all goes OK after I take care of FurPup after this fiasco :)

After winning Green Country Double and then LS Discs Doubles I decided I have to step it up and get another RINGER for the Doubles friday night to continue the streak. This person will be making their 1st ever visit to Chandlerstock so welcome him with open arms. Good luck to all and see ya Friday!

Well, my secret partner was my future step-son Daniel. He is 7 and he said he had a great time and wants to play Chandler some more!!! We shot 6 down which was tricky in the wind, Daniel almost made a 35 ft. put on 6 for another birdie, I was amazed at how natural his throw was. Can't remember his name but I would also like to thank the guys that played on our card who gave him a 20th anniversary aviar at the end of the round He was ecstatic.

Everyone be safe on the mountain tonight and eat a hot dog for me @ Lundfest!!! Chandlerstock2011 Rocks!!!!

Thanks to everyone who ran the event... It seemed like another huge success. Had a great time and was able to eek out some cash in open tie-ing Johnny T.

On a down note, right before the ring of fire Wayne threw some cash on the ground and said get it... Well I thought it was a 20 and I grabbed it. At the same time some 400 lb. gorilla stepped on my thumb and I am pretty sure it's dislocated. So to the shelf I go until I can throw again. :(

WOW what a great weekend! We got there on Friday, and played the new course, well new to me. Had a great practice round. And I thought that i was ready for that course come Saturday and Sunday. I WAS WRONG! Its hard to play good golf out there if you hit every 1st tree! I was scrambling to make par, and I mean scrambling! +2 both rounds hurts! Good course, that I owe some revenge to!

The tourny staff was GREAT! On TIME! Always willing to answer questions, even when the answer was already posted.

I had 4 good cards for the most part.

Thanks to everyone who was a part of the LiL MOOSE Production.

We will be back!

Im glad I wasnt there Saturday night for all the Ruckass! Getting old and getting a hotel room has its PERKS!

Billy, I hope your laptop was returned. It made me sick to hear that it was missing, or Stolen.

I had a great time, thanks agian LIL MOOSE, FURDOG, WAYNESTER, THE BARTONS, TDSA, and anyone I missed!

WTH Furdog? Treat and I had security under control out there, then we turn it over to you and now here we are 2 years later and you are having riots and thefts going on up there. You know, you do have to patrol once and a while, you just can't sit in the motor home all weekend.

Chandlerstock - Peace, Love and disc golf, but lock your chit up.:cool:

Unfortunatley, no matter how friendly or loving the crowd, there will always be that individual that is only there to serve themselves. What goes around comes around and I hope their's is triple.

Sorry Billy. That sucks bad.

I saw a windo decal last weekend that I really liked. The club or group was called Disc Qualified.

Ok sports fans and those that couldnt attend the weekend festivities!!!

141 Players with windy conditions on the mountain.

First comes the high paws of thanks and love to the people that make this happen.

LilMoose / My better half. Shes the light and inspiration and without her I would not be doing this.

Wayne Indy Forest / Co-TD and fixer of all things needing fixed. Had to do a little double-duty security backup for me Saturday night. Then very discreetly rid himself of the gate key to Gumby. Good job Wayne!!!

John and Karla Barton / John for setting up HQ for us, water duty, and after hours gate management. Karla for a great job on scores as always and a little bouncer help escorting the Loose Floozy to her car on Saturday night.

Dough Duff / For bringing the PA and being available to step in and Duff it when needed. Also donated an entry to the Centennial Cup next month.

Evan Mckee / 2am and were all trying to sleep and hes over there flat on his back eating cheese crackers in his sleeping bag. Thanks for doing the trophies and your donations buddy.

All the players from the recent Night Flights. / $491 added to this event. All women got some cash and all divisions were touched in someway.

Pat Standingbear and the county crew for BearHawk (# 18) construction.

Billy Lund and his buddy / For the music and great food.

Mike Treat / Donated Riverside Glide Entry / Winner: Miranda Fulton

Jake Regier & Charlestons down on Peoria / $60 in gift certificates.

DJ / For his DJ dollars.

Gary Nail / Came out and lent a hand checking scores.

Bill "Slim" Moyers / Cherry donation.

Also special thanks to all the Pro Grand Masters that didnt show up and allowed me to take home the 1st trophy by default. It looks really good on my wall.

And thanks again to all the players that came out to support this event to any other sponsor I forgot to mention.

BTW, we raised over $550 in camping fees for our park DG account.

Good job everyone!!!:)

Now, lets talk about some of the drama on Saturday.

Chandlerstock and Lundfest is not the place to come and try to pimp out your wife or girlfriend. Even if youre not pimping her, if shes prone to roam then you need to leave her at home or lock her up in the trunk of your car with some air holes so she can breathe. And if youre the husband or boyfriend then you need to keep your hands off other ladies that dont want your attention as well. I dont know what the problem was but we dont have relationship counselors on site. You all need to decide who is taking you home before you get there and not after you get there and if were going to have girl fights then we need to can the beer pong and move in the mud pit. Chances are, when you wake up the next day you wont remember what happened anyway.

On another subject, Chandlerstock and Lundfest is not open to any type of public sales on site without express written permission from the park and TD.

Finally, the reason there are no Unicorns in the world is because they didnt play well with the other animals on the Ark. I dont want to know everything that happened from the 3am to 4am time period. I heard a couple of different versions and have a general idea but Saturday Nights Alright for Fighting is off the playlist for next year.

Im sure Billy Lund is probably soured on doing any music next year but even if he decides to come back Im going to have to shut him down at 11pm and start playing Yanni music to get any possible event spoilers to shut up and go to bed. Peace out troublemakers or next year you'll wake up with Bubba at the County jail or gagged and tied to a tree in the woods. There are too many good people working and playing this event for one or two people to screw it up.
