Is jacked up - keeps getting hacked, re-routes to a site telling you that you have viruses, ect. - trying to get you to send money to fix the problems that you don't have

It has been fixed a couple of times and the problem keeps coming back

The old site isn't supported by the original designers anymore so Thad is working us up a completely new web site
