Yahoo maps show that JD Metcalfe Recreation area is the park on the south side of 11th street at mingo.

At 11th and Mingo go south on Mingo to the park on the right side of the road!

The area he is wanting to use is only about 1/2 of the park. The half he is using is about 55 acres. So I would definately say 18 or more.
