Well we've done an Ace Race @ McClain & one at Universal City. This year's SADC Ace Race will be at Live Oak on September 11, 2010. Make sure to get signed up and paid prior to the end of August as you must pre-register and pay for this event.

Since the first Ace Races have already started the disc is out.


Players have been asking for something more overstable, and in our 8th year we finally decided to give in. Here you go, sports fans!

The 2010 Ace Race prototype is a fast, overstable midrange in ESP plastic. It has good speed for a mid, longer glide than you'll expect, and a medium strong finish. When you turn it over it will always come back unless you really torque it. Will hold a line in a moderate to strong headwind. We are looking forward to hearing the chains you ring with it!

This year's Ace Race is quickly approaching. Just a reminder that all participants must be registered and paid by this Saturday�s mini (August 28). If you indicated on Facebook that you are attending you still need to register and pay with either Brandon Tull or Scott Hougland by August 28th.

Players will receive (2) prototype Discraft mid-range discs, a die cast bag tag, a super color mini, a hat, & a sticker. That�s a $67 dollar value.

SADC is also chipping in for food and drink; Players are encouraged to bring some of this to share as well.

We�ll be playing all the holes a Live Oak, setting a sweet ace course! We�ll play some holes, break for lunch, and then finish the course. If you�ve never played an ace race make sure you play this one. This event is for all skill levels and about have fun, not competing. The player with the most aces wins a sweet prize pack from Discraft.

Brandon Tull will be at the Tuesday mini @ Universal City & the Wednesday Mini @ McClain taking sign ups.

Scott Hougland will be at Thursday mini @ Live Oak & the Saturday mini @ McClain taking sign ups.

AGAIN, all participants must be registered and paid by this Saturday�s mini (August 28). If you can�t get paid by then please contact either Brandon or Scott and make arrangements with them directly. We won�t be ordering extras packs so make sure you get in this week!

Order has been placed and there are (4) extra players packs available to the first 4 people to pay. This is gonna be fun. :D

We are full at 46 players, 7 haven't paid, you know who you are. If you haven't paid, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET PAID PRIOR TO 9:30 AM SATURDAY. At that time your spots will be released and if anyone if there and wants to get in, we'll be selling the spots to them. All you have to do is make a call to Scott or Brandon and confirm day of you'll make it.

Brandon and I where thinking Pizza sounded like hte best food plan. Its cheap and its easy. If you have some wierd food alergy, like you can't eat pepperoni, let me know. Or in anyone has a special place they want us to order from, let me know. I was thinking Gumba's.

We'll also have some free beer :D.

Lastly I just checked and the discs are in Houston today, will be leaving for San Antonio tonight.

I had a blast and actually hit an Ace and 3 Metals. I liked the disc. Thanks Brandon and Scott for putting this on for us.
