Was your last event at Sedgley Woods? I played there in 1980, IIRC.

..what brought me back to disc golf...played a casual round with my two sons,my son-in-law and my grandson and realized how much i loved the sport..yeah i played sedgley in 1980..felt like i had to join the pdga 'cause Jim Powers encouraged me to join after i won the philly open and took the first place cash..30 years later i finish last in the advanced am at the delaware disc golf challenge...enjoyed both ot those tourney's about the same for a lot of different reasons....since being back what i enjoy the most is the people who play the game and how much they enjoy it and the company of other disc golfers...kinda feel like the returning prodigal son

Welcome back! BTW, going away and coming back doesn't make you prodigal, being extravagent with your money does.

I don't think I met you, but I bet we have some mutual friends or acquaintences. I don't think Jim would remember me, but I knew a few people from the Tidewater group (Loftuses, Craig Hunter, Cap'n Snap) and the late Pryor Hendrix from the Philly area and "Old Goat" Marty Fine from NJ.

I thought Paul Fein was "old goat".

Is there more than 1 old goat up in the NE? :)

No, I got the first name wrong, and evidently misspelled the last. Sorry Paul.

Paul has a son named Martel as I remember so the Marty Fein old goat reference was not far off.
