Hi all. Our Parks Dept. in Winterthur has agreed to spend some money to help improve one of our disc golf courses. The hope is that if everything goes well on this 9 hole course, then they'll give us some money to make our other course (18 holes) a permanent fixed course that has infrastructure other than baskets. (Don't ask!)

What I need is some examples to show them of potential information/rules signs (like you might find near a first hole), and some examples of how 'natural' tees could be made WITHOUT CEMENT. They have made it very clear that cement tees are out of the question.

If you could either post some pics or send them to my email address, that would be fantastic.

Thanks!

Shoot! One of best things about playing in Switzerland was that I could tell everyone that I "knew" where the tees were. No holes were longer than 220 feet, and they all required a RHFH. Big advantage for me.

Anyway, here are a couple of examples of information signs. Deluxe http://stevewestdiscgolf.com/images/RiverDiscGolfCourseMap.jpg is from a little course in Iowa (not one of mine), and Minimal http://stevewestdiscgolf.com/images/Jay%20at%20tee%201.jpg is from one of my courses.

And Google "Soil Bonding" for how to make natural tees without concrete.
