Monday nights at 6:30 at Knob Hill. COme early and meet the ladies.


Last night was a great night for the womens league, we had 9 women show up and play. 4 of the women were there for their first time.


Tons of prizes, giveaways and a guaranteed good time.

Hey, just a note on women's league. I was there last night with two other women, Liz and Leslie. We decided to play from the white tees, but didn't keep official score (I just kept my own). Lori - Leslie said she had met you at doubles last week and you encouraged her to come. Just letting you know your recruiting paid off. :)

I apologize for not being there. Thank you Teresa for still playing. i hope no one was upset. Maybe we should change league to every other Monday... I think our turnouts might be bigger, and less commitment from me.(and on an off monday have a traveling league??) I'm finding out how much my new job takes away my life, working ten days in a row with one day off. LAME!!!!! and how i have to go to work now from 8 to 1, then go back 7-10. who works like that?!?!?!!?!?!?!?! Anyway.... Next Monday at 6:30 for sure!!

No, don't worry about it, it was fine! We had fun. It was pretty crowded again, though. When did Knob Hill become the cool high school hangout?

I would suggest a set schedule such as the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. For example, next month (August) has five Mondays. If you went with the first and third format, the Women's league would occur on Aug 3 and Aug 17 with two weeks off until the first Monday of September 7 (Labor Day).

Just a thought..... :)

I agree with Jerry that a standard schedule like he suggests (1st and 3rd Mondays) would be better than saying every other week. That way it doesn't require trying to figure out if it's an on or off week in any way more complicated than looking at the calendar. :)
