When's the Last Time You Actually Read the PDGA Rule Book? I mean read the whole thing, not just looked up a rule.

Last month, cover to cover, along with the competition manual. An annual ritual before TDing a tournament.
Doesn't stop me from getting rules wrong when pulling them from memory, but at least I can find the correct rule in the book, quicker.

Earlier this year, after I got a rulebook in the mail when I renewed. I was heading to the throne room, and I was desperate for reading material.

The poll is up now. I guess i should've had "Right before I TD'd my last event" and "Last time I was desperate or bored and needed some reading material" options. :)

You also left out:

Good to see that a number of folks at least read it cover-to-cover once a year.

I read it cover to cover maybe once every 6 months, I read specific portions to answer specific questions just about every week.

impressed/amazed that I was on the only 'never' so far... i'm sure i've read the whole thing by now but never deliberately cover to cover so thats why I didnt answer that way.
