Unfortunately I dont have a video camera so I cant visually show how bad my form has gotten since winter, but here is a description of what's been going wrong...

1. I've lost about 100ft. of distance. I average 400ft, but now I'm lucky to get 330ft using my same style. Why so much loss??

2. Also, I've been having a huge problem throwing hyzers. I keep throwing nose up and all the drives just stall. Any exercises to work on this??

3. Anhyzers are not good either. I cant get the disc high enough, and somehow end up throwing crappy looking rollers. Any advice on this as well??

I've been field practicing everyday, but am not seeing much improvement when out on the course. Everything has turned to crap, and with BG Ams coming up I need some advice fast! Thanks!

Dude I think you're gonna need some video if you want any helpful responces. My advice is just slow everything down, break down your technique, release flat, and forget about distance
