I think that if we really want to get Disc Golf into the main stream of sports, we need to make it on National TV. I have recently joined a post forum on the Discovery Channel' show "Time Warp".

Great idea! Time warp is a cool show, and I would love to see disc golf on there.

Every time I see that show I always think about how cool it would be to see distance champion give the disc a whirl. I also want to see what an average player's throw looks like so you could compare and actually see what produces distance.

It's truly a matter of mechanics and technique over strength and it happens so fast it's very difficult to tell exactly how coordinated the "perfect throw" is. It's much like a boxer's punch in a lot of ways.
