Hello!
I am hoping someone can answer this question that came up while I was throwing with a friend today.
Let's say my disc stops right on the out-of-bounds line. It's not considered out-of-bounds (803.09A - it's not "completely surrounded by the out-of-bounds area").
Stance for my next throw has to keep both feet in-bounds (803.04A-3).
But what if that's not possible? For instance, if the out-of-bounds line is perpendicular to my next flight path with the out-of-bounds area behind my disc, it would be impossible to get either foot in-bounds.
