8 Practice throws in a field! (http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=51873 348)

Little info first few are with a fan grip and the ones where I reach back urther are with a power grip! Ting I noticed where the awkward leg kick at my follow through and I was also woundering if my X step is to shallow! Thanks in advance!

i feel really stupid giving you advice because you're rated higher than i am, but... things i noticed:

your upper and lower body come through at about the same time on most throws. you should be starting your rotation with the lower body first and unwinding so that your upper body doesn't have to work as much. try to start your pull just a bit later. that should help.

you seem a bit unbalanced as you finish. maybe you just had a big tailwind or something (heard the wind whipping around there), but it looked like you threw everything with annhyzer. at least your follow through was annhyzer. if you throw more level or with hyzer flips your body will be much more balanced and you can generate more power/speed.

your pull appears to be the same speed all the way through. try to accelerate more into the finish. don't waste energy at the start of your pull when you could be using it at the end.

and x steps are all different. if you feel comfortable with that one then keep it. might want to try a few other versions before you settle. can't hurt to give them a chance.

LOL what is in a rating! I will try what you have said. There was a 20-30 mph tail wind but I was throwing everything in the bag from ss avengers to esp forces so mabe I need to work on the hyzer flip to use more of my hips instead of upper body!
