Seems like an easy problem to fix .

I certainly didn't write the above message or this one 8 hours into the future.

*YOU* need to adjust the time offset in your profile.

<ul type="square"> Click on My Home

To the right of "Display preferences, number of shown threads, languages, colors..." click on Edit

Underneath the area that says "Current server time is: xx/yy/zz xx:yy:zz Choose your time offset in hours (..,-2,-1,0,1,2,..)" choose the setting that is appropriate. For those in the Eastern Standard Time Zone of the U.S., the setting should be -5. For Pacific, it would be -8. [/list]

I would rather post in the future. That way, when its the present, I can decide if my future thoughts coincide with my present thoughts at that time in the future.

Okay, I just reset it and lets see if that is the fix. It is 9:13pm on 1/17.

Any takers that it will be right?

It is right on the main board, but now it is not on the thread.

Any MORE suggestions?

Maybe the time thing has to do with the fact that the Discussion Board is on a server in one time zone and it's embedded in the overall PDGA site that's on another server in a different time zone?

The PDGA clock and my clock are in sync. My setting is a -6, and I'm CST. Make your adjustments based on this info.

I'm set at -6 and the post time is wrong while looking at actual posts but is correct when looking at the time shown for the most recent post in each thread when the Main Index page is displayed.

Chuck, I noticed that on mine too. right now my post time is correct, but the board time on the index pages is off.

Glad I am not the only one.
