Trying to locate someone going by Tyler Frederick or Jack Felter that has been ripping people off in trades online. They shipping address he uses is Bellwood PA and he has scammed quite a few people online using different logins. I don't like getting ripped off so just trying to let everyone know to lookout for this person.
Looking into Postal Fraud against him for using assumed names to scam people online - Would rather settle this by just getting what I was promised. Sorry for the nature of this post but the guy refuses to respond to anything else.

I really doubt the names but it's all I have right now. Just got some info from a guy on another site regarding three teenagers and some questionable ethics in a charity triples tourney near Altoona. He said the three were wearing matching "Dynasty" T-Shirts and based on their abilities the definitely "adjusted" their actual score. Just trying to see what I can find out. Thanks.
